Fast start up! Windows 8. A lot for your money. Long battery life. Overall a great computer!
Windows 8 app store has a lot of errors.
Overall a great computer. As other buyers have said it is a brand new computer. if the box didn't say refurbished on it I would believe its brand new. No marking or signs of being used. I have had a lot of problems with the windows 8 app store but from what I have read a lot of people do so i dont believe it has anything to do with the computer. The Problems have been pretty easy to fix. I like windows 8 overall, it does take some getting used to though. Overall a great computer for a great price!

Fast Processor Lots of Storage Space Cheap Price Good All-Around Performance Seems to be a new product
Windows 8 Flimsy Construction Lots of Bloat-ware
I bought this laptop as a replacement for my A6-3420M laptop. I wanted something cheap but powerful. I decided to go for the highest powered AMD chip with a 17" screen for as cheap as I could get. The performance is great once you dump the bloat-ware, it gets 7.1, 7.2 for processor and ram, and 6.7 for graphics. Like all HDDs it's limited to 5.9.
There are many faults I've found with the Laptop initially, the first is Windows 8... Still sucks, if its not a touchscreen it should be windows 7...
The biggest fault I've found with this laptop is its build quality... It doesn't feel sturdy at all, my previous Acer laptop could take a serious beating and keep going without issue, I feel like this one wouldn't stand a very small drop or bump. I don't even want to carry it with one hand because it flexes so much. I've had the laptop for a day and the keyboard has already "popped-out" in the middle. Also there is a rattling sound coming from the internals (if I tilt the laptop left and right I can hear a piece of something sliding back and forth). I'll wait to send the device in for service since if its just a lose piece that doesn't matter I don't really care...
The the final two faults are very minor, first is that it has a pretty slow/weak internet connection. I have a 600mbps wireless router and 150mbps internet and I can only pull about 40mbps in the same room as the router... My last laptop could pull 65mbps under the same conditions...
The final fault is that the keyboard is the same size as it would be on a 15" (or even smaller) laptop. This means its awkward to use on a lap because naturally your hands are spread wider to hold it but on this you have to keep them closer to the center...
The short of it is that I paid $424.00 for a laptop with an A10 5750 processor, 8 gigs of ram, and a 750gb HDD. It says refurbished but I would be willing to bet these were defective units that never made it to a customer because this laptop looks mint. It's a deal you can't find anywhere, I plan on using it on a desk and bringing my old laptop around for travel.
In case you're wondering the "wm" at the end of the name means this is a w4lm4rt (newegg wouldn't let me say the name) specific laptop. It came with a single W4lm4rt app as part of its bloat-ware, other than that I can't tell...
