Bios is amazing compared to x370 and x470. 3 m.2 slots. Love it with my Ryzen 9 3900x

I got Gigabyte Aorus Master x570 with 3950X, G.SKILL Trident Z Neo Series 64GB (2 x 32GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3200 (PC4 25600), Sabrent 1TB Rocket Nvme PCIe 4.0 M.2 2280. I am super happy with Newegg, they shipped all of these in time. Thanks!
However I am seeing random crashes, typically in sleeping and crashed on me while I am using notepad. When it boot backs up motherboard shows A6 error, boots to bios and bios does not show the boot drive (sabrent drive).
If I simply exit the bios, it restarts and does not boot to windows. However, if I powercycle, windows starts. So something is going on strange.
The crash during writing a note in notepad, explorer lost all of the icons suddenly, task bar, itself crashed, when I tried to bring back. So I am at loss.
I spent quite a bit of money on this board and hope that my money did not go to waste and there is a fix of sorts, I cannot imagine what that could be.
Edit: Called Gigabyte on the phone. They did not return the call or my emails and website requests. Time is running out on RMA. So I am not sure what I should be doing next.
