Upgraded from a GTX 650Ti BOOST. Noticeable difference in graphics and temps. This card will keep you in the comfort zone for the near future of gaming. Seems to run GTA5, Fallout4, Battlefront and BF4 with ultra settings with 47 - 60 FPS.
It's not the powerhouse you're looking for. Its the "I'll settle for $100 cheaper" card. I turn down some of my settings in Fallout4 and GTA5 to get better frame rates.
Being only 1080p worthy, this card will NOT project %100 of the glory that is future gaming but it gets you a seat on the same bus in the mid backish area. Not the back seat but a couple of rows from the back, on the left.... Window seat. But you have a nice 7/10 girl that is sweet sitting next to you named Maxwell. So that's cool.
Better than my last card (ATI Radeon 5670)
Great cooler on there (idles around 40c)
Came with the Witcher 3
VERY quiet. My last card sounded like a jet taking off and I can barely hear this one.
The memory bus is a bit low for today's standards, so if you're looking at a bigger budget, go with a higher performance card with similar coolers.
I bought this because it fit within my budget and was late enough tech for my uses. It's a solid performer that's well worth the buy if you're like me and have a wife that set a budget and not a lot of time for gaming anyhow.
