Pros: External and internal packaging is very good. The components in the Skytech Shadow Gaming PC delivered to me are: Gigabyte B660 DS3H AC DDR4 motherboard, INTEL Core i5 12400F 2.5 GHz CPU, MSI NVIDIA RTX 3060 12 GB Graphics Gard, MSI 1TB NVME SSD, 16GB Patriot DDR4 RAM 3200, 600W GOLD PSU, 11AC Wi-Fi, Windows 11 Home 64-bit. Runs quiet. The fans for the video card don't even kick in under normal load. No sharp edges on PC case. Cable management is good but the zip ties are fastened to tight and in some instances, cut into the cable. LED utilities are included but other than that there does not appear to be any bloatware. There are 3, yes, count 'em, 3, full size PCIE expansion slots on this motherboard and all are accessable. The MB also has 4 memory slots (2 occupied) and room for another NVME internal SSD in addition to the included 1TB NVME SSD along with 4 internal SATA ports.

Cons: Windows 11 is pretty locked down so you can't do much from the BIOS level. Booting from other devices (Linux, Windows 10) is a nightmare. Just 1 QA sheet for documentation & some things were missed even though all QA items were checked off. The Reset button on the case is used in conjunction with the LED button for fan RGB control instead of a hardware reset. Since that was not included in any documentation, it took trial & error to figure that out. The biggest con is that the case top panel USB 3.0 ports don't work correctly. They do work for all USB 2.0 devices and some USB 3.0 devices but have trouble with connect / disconnect for portable USB 3.0 SSD drives. Since all devices tested work fine on the USB 3.2 port on the backplane, the top panel USB-C port and other PC systems with USB 3.0 ports, the USB top panel ports are most likely the culprit. Skytech support was notified of this issue (and others) on 12/4 and again on 12/5 and has yet to respond.

Overall Review: Good bang for the buck. After unpacking, all internal cables should be checked and reseated if necessary. Once you identify the delivered MB, get on their website for up to date docs, drivers, utilities / tools and LED RGB operation as what is delivered from Skytech is pretty minimal. Although the included keyboard and mouse are nice, it would be even better if they were wireless instead of USB. Display Port and HDMI cables would also be a plus.
