SilverStone OP650 650 W ATX 12V 2.2 & EPS12V SLI Ready CrossFire Ready Active PFC Power Supply

Pros: I'm an an@l person and did a LOT of research before I put my last build together (plus 6+ other builds for friends and family). This PSU puts out stable voltage and powers my mid to high-level gaming rig perfectly. Easy to install (but all PSU's are), and so far reliable after 6.5 months. I am very satisfied.

Cons: More than a tad more expensive than some other PSU's I considered (like Tharmalt@ke), but the stablity and high marks around the web (not just newegg, but other PSU-centric sites) made this a good decision.

Overall Review: FYI... This powers 3 SATA-300 HDD's(320gb, 250 gb, and 160 gb), an EVGA 8800 GTX, AMD X2 6000+, ASUS M2N-E Mobo, 3 Gigs of Crucial DDR2 800, 2 SATA DVD burners, several 120 mm LED fans, and I feel like I could add anything else and it wouldn't miss a beat... aka I am very happy with my purchase. I used this for 3 other high-end C2Duo customer builds and I haven't received a single power-related tech call yet after 6.5 months (Can't say the same for the last round of @ntec 550W's I bought...2 of 3 crapped out within a year) Awesome!

Pros: Runs great! Lots of power!

Cons: after 20-30 boot-ups of the computer, i was just sitting in windows vista, and the computer froze. So i turned it off and back on, then got a bios beep code that matched a power error code in the Gigabite motherboard manual. After trying to get it to come back online, i made it to the boot up screen to get into the bios and it died again giving me the same bios beep error for a power failure.
