Time tested design. I have built 30+ desktop towers and this design is lightweight, compact and effective. Fits in Mini-ATX tower cases.
Suitable for cooling dual/quad core CPUs unless you are really pushing it for extended periods of time.
The fan is quiet on max speed.
If you want to attach a second fan, you basically need to buy it from them. The rubber mounting/ring means you cannot use standard screws to attach a fan to the heatsink.
