Pros: If you guys think your keyboard is DOA, make sure you push in the mini USB really hard. You'll hear it click. I thought mine was DOA and tried that and it worked.

Cons: Only regional LED is not that good in the dark.

Pros: The keyboard works great, but...

Cons: ... Cooler Master's "high quality" USB cable doesn't seem to be so great. Mine stopped working, so I tried another cable from a friend's CM Storm keyboard, and it worked, but neither of ours would work from my cable, so Cooler Master sent me a replacement... which also didn't work. So they sent me another replacement... which didn't work a third time. It is definitely not the keyboard as I'm typing on it right now using my friend's USB cable. I guess I'll just RMA the entire keyboard since Cooler Master can master the complexity of a keyboard circuit board but can't seem to make a simple USB cable that works.

Also, it would be nice if all the keys were back-lit.

Overall Review: Cooler Master's customer live support is great, but trying to contact them by email I got no response. Be sure to go live support if you need help. They didn't ask a lot of questions too, which I liked. I just want a working cable, but have gotten 3 duds so far, and both times they shipped me a new one - at no cost- without interrogating why I was needing so many cables.
