ASRock H610M-ITX/AC LGA 1700 Intel H610 SATA 6Gb/s DDR4 Mini ITX Motherboard

Pros: - Small form factor, fit great in an NR200P (with PSU front mounted)
- Very affordable, included everything I needed to build a modern but CHEAP small pc
- Decent amount of USB 3 ports if you include the case ports

Cons: - Its an H610 chipset, so you dont get some of the better features in the higher level boards
- No NVME
- No wireless built in, so the cost of buying an adapter for Bluetooth and/or Wifi may offset your cost depending on if you need that or not

Overall Review: Its a great board for the price, especially given the small form factor. Its ALMOST ITX, but not quite, so it will fit in some bigger ITX cases.
For some of the trade offs youre making, it may be more worth it to just upgrade by $30-40 or so and get one of the motherboards with NVME or Wifi/Bluetooth built in if youll need those things.

Cons: If you actually read the fine print on the rebate you get 10 calendar days from the invoice date to get it filled and in the mail. From the rebate page "The mail MUST BE POSTMARKED* within 10 calendar days from the order INVOICED date."

It took 7 days to arrive, did not think to check that the mail in rebate had a short time limit now. You can't submit the rebate earlier, you need the "Cut out original model name, S/N (serial number), and UPC/EAN barcode label from retail color box and mail with confirmation page and a photocopy of the ORIGINAL INVOICE to the following address."

Overall Review: Okay Price, It does what it advertises. Very displeased with the mail in rebate terms and conditions. Living just outside of Victoria, a simple delay in the mail can disqualify you from the rebate.
