Pros: Well packed. Well delivered by UPS. Great step up from a seven year old computer. Very fast. Love the storage on NVME. Set up was easy. Attention to detail of this build was great. No loose connections and wires run well. The speed difference from my old system is amazing. The system is really quiet.

Cons: Not really a con, but I added 16 more gigs of the same exact memory and a 2T NVME drive for more storage. I am good now. Would have liked a little more info on the MSI center and how they set the system up before shipping(settings) for CPU and memory.

Overall Review: I would recommend this system to anyone who wants an upgrade after some years. I used to build my own systems, but this is so much better. Very fast CPU and graphic cards. So much faster then mechanical hard drives. The RGB lighting is so nice. Did not know if I would like it, but I do. It just adds to the system. Very quiet system. Fans seem to keep all cool. Quality parts and quality build. Windows 11 is pretty nice. Still getting used to it coming from windows 10. I know things can happen in shipping but this came perfectly set up. The video card had sagged a little, but I moved the rubber piece at the bottom brace a little forward and that corrected the sag. Did not affect the system at all. Overall, I am very happy with this system. Thanks MSI and Newegg.

Overall Review: Bought the PC back in march and the AiO CPU cooler failed about 6 months later. Contacted support and was told immediately the only thing I can do is send the entire PC back at my expense, liability, and risk of data loss so they could "attempt to isolate the problem" before giving me an return ETA or even how much this is gonna cost me. Went to FedEx to ship it back and quickly learned how much would be needed to actually ship a PC back across country.

The kicker was removing the heatsink itself being part of that shipping process. I pulled out my phone and priced out the exact part replacement and walked out of there placing a order from newegg out of pocket. It cost almost 1/3rd of the shipping price, took 1/2 the labor of sending it back, and a fraction of the time to repair in home myself. I didn't even bother with MSI to request a rebate or to send me a replacement and ended up ignoring the RMA.

Whole thing left a bad taste in my mouth. Not going to be purchasing from them moving forward, which is a shame seeing as every single thing on my desk (mousepad too) being an MSI product. Disappointed.
