It's a great cooler. Sure, you've got to bolt it to your mainboard, but it's so big, you're more comfortable doing that anyways. It's big, so make sure you can fit it in your case. I run them fanless, and they do just fine.
It's big. Makes some plugs hard to get to as well as some MB screws, but it's worth it in the long run.

I love Newegg.
The epitome of overzealous and wasteful design. I purchased Asus’ new M3A79-T Deluxe motherboard and was unsure of an appropriate CPU cooler for AM2+ motherboards. Thus, I hastily purchased the Hyper Z600. I literally laughed and shook my head while I put it back in its box. The Z600 is about the size of a 7-11 Super Big Gulp container and is packaged in a box that could hold a car alternator. The fact of the matter is its size is completely inappropriate for its stated purpose. In sum, there is no design or performance justification to have such an overdesigned device. Cooler Master needs to cut the Z600 in half (height) and change the name to Z300.
