It provides sufficient power
It has a 8pin (4+4) CPU connect and two 8 pin (6+2) GPU connectors
Proper airflow direction for a rackmount setup

The motherboard and CPU connection cables are very short for a server case.
For a modern build it would be nice if the SATA and 4 pin Molex connectors were modular as you may not need that many
The screw holes do not match any standard Flex or 1U screw pattern, they are close but don't quite match.
Would be nice if there was a 2U bracket
No longer in stock when I wanted to get more
Despite the shortcomings, the price makes this power supply a good deal and I would happily buy it again if it was still available.

This power supply was described as 80+ titanium, but when I receives it, it’s not even 80+ certified !
