Pros: - It's a 4090 (it will beat anything else out there, for now)
- Big (can be used as a weapon)
- Pretty (if you like black boxes with pink and blue accents)
- Status symbol (proves you have more money than sense, and yes, I know I bought one)

Cons: - Even at this price, you can get bad silicon.
- Costs as much as perfectly complete, reasonable gaming computer

Overall Review: Even with all the power the 24-phase VRM can give you, when you get a bad GPU core and poor memory chips, it doesn't matter much. A 1,000W BIOS exists, and the card does have hookup points for external voltage controllers, but I don't know how aggressive I want to be with a card I know is starting from behind.

Ultimately, it feels bad to spend this much money on an "overclocking" card that, were I not too embarrassed to submit my scores, would be at the very bottom of the HWBot scoreboard for 4090s. I don't know how much I can blame Asus, as their PCB and VRM design is excellent, but it would have been nice if the chip binning were a little more selective for this model. Then again, maybe it was, and only people with golden samples have submitted scores... who knows.

Pros: Runs only little cooler than air cooled 4090's since ony 280 rad
Fans are quiet but that is useless given loud cyclical noise
smaller profile than air coolers

Cons: My EVGA 3 titans, 2080ti, 3080ti were all silent in my BE Quiet Case, but EVGA is out of gpu business. This loud cyclicial grating noise is annoying 5 feet away from my case. Probably cheap pump, but could be coil whine. Attached video has sound.

Overall Review: Would not recommend this to anyone with custom water cooling or quiet builds. If pump noise Ill do what I was trying to avoid and buy a real waterblock for custom cooling. Apparently some companies have not yet learned the purpose of water cooling is QUIET and COOL. Wish someone would with sell 4090 with just waterblock or use screw in connectors compatible with custom cooling, so end user can replace their cheap noisy components with quiet pumps and better radiators, without having to install waterblock itself, which is more of a pain.
