I'm really just writing this review to inform people that they need to have an 11th Gen intel processor for the first M.2 slot to work. Someone else commented that they were having issues and I thought I had the same thing until I looked at the manual. It's for PCIE 4.0 only and therefore you need the new upcoming ix-11xxx series intel processors to use it.

Never worked
Their product was defective out of the box. Could not pick up and GPUs that were plugged into the pcie slots. Called Asus and they didnt even want to hear what the issue was, as soon as I mentioned it wasnt working, with no context at all, they said to return it to the seller.
How useless is that? No trouble shooting or suggestions at all, just return it. Its as if they know they produce trash and dont even want to put forth a single ounce of effort.
