I needed this for a couple of case fans I replaced. The prior ones where powered by molex and the new ones came with a hub that required a USB2.0 port. I only have 2 USB3 ports available on my motherboard, so I got this because both were already being used, one by my CPU fan and the other by my WiFi/Bluetooth card. Requires one USB2.0/3 connector on your motherboard and SATA power.

Glass is solid and crystal clear. Temps aren't much worse than the mesh side. Helps dampen any fan noise. Wasn't sure if temps would suffice with glass so originally went with mesh side but nice to have both glass for at home and mesh when I bring PC anywhere.

These are the exact trays needed if you want to increase the hard drive capacity of your new Define R7 case. They fit just like the trays that come with the case. These trays are very hard to find right now due to manufacturing delays from the COVID-19 issues in Chine (per Fractal themselves from an email) so it was really nice to see that Newegg didn't gouge the price on these like a lot of other online sellers are doing right now.

love this cable, works great, I was using old usb 2 external cases for 2.5 sata hard drives, and for ssd also... works faster and better. but of course it will not work on large 3.2 hard drives due to power issues...

If you ever need these, you would not want to wait to receive your order and get your build or mod completed on your system. We all know how easy these tiny screws to lose, and you don't always get the standoffs you need for expansion. A great kit at a great price.

Easy RGB addon providing there is a available USB header on the MB & SATA power connection. I added a second SATA cable & a NZXT internal USB hub for extra headers to be able to add this expansion kit.
