I am making a media server / Game machine for the living room and needed plenty of HDD space for movies and games using Eclipse P500A DRGB with 8 4TB drives, 2 8TB Drives and 1NVMe for Boot. These Brackets fit well in the case and are easy to install and remove.

It holds the drives securely. In my case (Corsair C70) it can be hidden behind the normal 5.25" bay cover.

The included SATA connector for the 9.5mm ODD was great and also all the mounting screws. I used this bracket together with a ultra slim bluray burner (BU40N) and a 3.5" memory card reader (UGT-CR935) in a mini ITX 1U rack mount build. Very pleased!

Works with Many Distro's of Linux Pulls the full bandwidth of the mSATA drive Probably others but I didn't grab it for anything more than a *nix box I host gaming servers and bots on.

- solid build, very little plastic component. - locking/protection mechanism - smooth insertion and removal action - easy to hook up, power and data ports readily accessible. - drives run very cool, only a few degrees over ambient

it fits it works

NICE ITEM WELL MADE . WORKS WELL MAKES CHANGING HARD DRIVES A LOT FASTER AND EASIER GREAT PRODUCT

easy to use, and it fit's just right in the hard drive place.

Fits a trayless rack and docking stations fine. Has a spring-loaded tongue inside so thinner drives won't rattle. A straight-through interconnect, appears to be gold plated. Comes with all mounting screws: 6 machine plus 4 large flat, course-threaded that probably go into plastic holes. Swing door has a nice, sliding lock tab.

I've been running 2x wd scorpio drives in this enclosure for over 1 year in my domain controller (in a RAID1 config). I had initial concerns about heat, but as long as you have adequate cooling in your case, it doesn't seem to be a problem. The quality of the construction is top of the line.

Good Quality HD Case, perfect to protect your 2.5" external drives.

Good fit, works as advertised.

Works great with a Maxtor 500gb, 7200rpm, SATA 3.0. Absolutely zero heating issues running in a system overclocked 110%. No issues with the SATA connector. Mechanisms are solid and secure, no need to lock it. If your files are that important, I'd recommend getting a safe. It also mounts flush and works fine with my case's front window.

it is easy to use. All connector included. Very nice shape. Full plastic made.
