Very nice fit, although on the Dell 8500 only 2 screws were lines up in rack assembly... Still it fits securely with no worry... Comes with the needed SSD screws and rack screws as well as 2 Sata III cables and 1 power cable splitter... Dell confirmed no issue with the OEM PSU and no issue shown as well... An awesome buy and would definitely recommend...

Allowed me to fill up an unused optical drive bay in an matx case that I'm using for an NAS with a boot drive and an HDD dedicated for music. The matx drive bays will be used for 4 or 6 TB drives to hold my video. Still leaves an extra 2.5" slot for a future SSD. Sturdy as plastic can be and the price is right. Should have looked for something like this earlier.
