Mine came with a magnetic screw driver. The four Phillips screws that hold the hard drive in place drop through a rectangular slot before they can be fastened into the hard drive. A magnetic screw driver makes it easier. If not, I would set them in place with tweezers. Make sure to slide the tray in using the casing guide or the tray won't align with the case.
