ease of use, compatibility... I think it was a fair price but I do feel like, for what these things do, they're all pretty overpriced... but that's just NAS in general.

This was an excellent purchase. Arrived very quickly, 2 days earlier than promised. Had seriously good packaging to protect from possible shipping accident. Setup was easy. There are at UG tutorials and youtube videos to aid if you have questions. There is lots of flexibility renmixing hdd's or m2's and no brand restrictions as some other NaS brands have. I install 7TB of storage which works well for.my home LAN. After 3 weeks use of the "2800" I am totally happy.

I purchased the TERRAMASTER F4-425 because I needed a four-bay NAS capable of handling a fairly large amount of data without spending a fortune on a higher-end enterprise system. The hardware itself has impressed me. The Intel x86 quad-core processor, 4GB of RAM, four drive bays, and 2.5Gb Ethernet make this a very capable little NAS for home use. I'm working with roughly 14+ TB of data and multiple large hard drives, so this isn't just being used to store a few pictures and documents. I've been doing very large file transfers while building multiple copies of my data, and the F4-425 has been handling the workload. Drive installation is straightforward, and having four bays gives you a lot of flexibility in deciding how you want to configure storage and backups. The 2.5GbE network connection is also a major plus. If the rest of your network supports 2.5GbE, you aren't automatically limited to the roughly 1Gbps connection of many older NAS units.

This switch is exactly what it says it is, a 5 port no fuss unmanaged switch. I hooked this into my Buffalo wireless G router and instantly worked without any power cycles. I was able to move files from one port to the other with lightning fast speeds, about 200mb/s. I hooked up a test scenario where I could enable Jumbos and got a nice little speed bump from that setting being enabled. I also stuck the unit in a box with no ventilation to test its fan-less design and make sure it didn't slow down once the unit started to heat up. I had the same throughput regardless of where the box was located. The price is right for a switch like this, there are some lower cost units and then some higher cost units but this offers good features at a reasonable cost to the consumer.

Easy installation, fast wifi connection, internet speed increased almost 100Mbps on laptop and enabled Wifi 6E!

I was impressed with how the unit was packaged, the included accessories and the unit's design. UGREEN'S attention to details is top notch. I easily installed both of my drives on the unit's HDD rails, slid them in and booted up. I opted for a local configuration only (no UGREEN ID or web access) over LAN. UGOS is minimal but effective: configuration, diagnostics, basic apps, user management, etc. I also installed the UGREEN NAS app on my iPhone, which also works good.

Easy to connect to Omada ecosystem, this is a commercial grade AP and must be setup as such to work correctly. Latest update December 2025. Comment says doesn't support MLO on the 2.4, they are correct but it says it doesn't only higher end models do, 783. Know what you are buying first. This is not a plug in and go, you need to configure the mode, channel width and TxPower just for staters so handoff and noise is controlled correctly and you don't get dropage.

This was pretty easy to install. It did come with an install CD but I just downloaded what I needed from the website. Now you will have to have an ethernet cord or a usb wifi dongle to do this but it took like 5 minutes to figure all this out. It did not seem to connect until I had the software for it installed. Once installed I ran through a quick update to check and made sure it was the only wifi source and it has been working flawlessly ever since. (two weeks at this point)

Fits right in the PCIE Slot can confirm it does do the multi gig internet that it advertises very much worth the buy

I was intimidated by the sophistication of the TP-Link Omada WiFi infrastructure. Instead, this unit came configured out-of-the-box as a single access point bridging its WiFi network to the wired LAN. There was no complexity and no port forwarding for external access. I used the TP-Link TL-SF1005P PoE switch to power it and the port priority feature of the switch.
