The U7 Pro Max works as expected. I plugged them into my network via POE, adopted them within the console, and waited for updates. No issues. FYI, real-world coverage is closer to 1000 sq ft versus 1500.

easy to adopt (if you have a controller) Handles currently 25 devices with very low incidents.

Low price, fast, lots of management options, comes with PoE injector, reliable so far.

- Good WAP overall - The range covers all my house (1 floor). - The speed is good (sufficient for me) - Plug and play - Reliable for the few moths Ive been using it

+ Looks good / subtly blends in + No messy power cords to deal with + Easy to install in existing Ethernet wall jacks + Excellent customizable guest portal + Easy management from Unifi Controller

I was intimidated by the sophistication of the TP-Link Omada WiFi infrastructure. Instead, this unit came configured out-of-the-box as a single access point bridging its WiFi network to the wired LAN. There was no complexity and no port forwarding for external access. I used the TP-Link TL-SF1005P PoE switch to power it and the port priority feature of the switch.

Much better 5ghz and 2.4ghz range than ISP provided solutions. Plugged into network, TP link controller adopted it in less that 2min. Mesh and load balance work good with less than 40 clients.

i get tired of writing glowing reviews for Ubiquiti products, but here we are again......
