Very easy to set up and get working. Just as fast as if I plugged directly into the switch directly. Much easier and cheaper than running an Ethernet cable for a new jack. Especially good when making changes like that to an old building gets complicated. When I'm done using that room I can easily unplug them and use them elsewhere. No permanent changes.
