For the past year we have been using this once a month with a 16TB drive to replace tape drive backups of an Ubuntu server - takes less than 10 hours to write almost 4.5 TB over a USB 3.0 connection (one drive holds 3 monthly backups). No issues yet.

Nice case design, nicely manufactured and finished. Ease of assembly. Holds up to 36 TB. Name another enclosure that does that.

Works at USB 3.0 speeds for a 128GB drive Heatsink thermal pads included [attaches between mem chips and metal cover] Two different USB 3 cables included The cover is the heatsink, so very compact in size Speeds seem acceptable over a USB3.0 port

Sounds funny to say, but it is square or has squared off corners, which others don't have. That makes it aesthetically better. Dvd / blue ray drive fit well, it was a breeze to assemble. I made this for a family member who is using a mini pc which has no cd/dvd drive room. One last note, case is all aluminum, no plastic...

Small footprint fit under computer table on top of my desktop.

Well documented Solid metal construction Works as expected High throughput in RAID 10

I ordered 2 of these drive cases to put to use a couple of WD 1Tb drives I had leftover from an upgrade. One of the two boxes worked fine, the other was DOA. I RMAed it and New Egg sent me one that works. Failures can happen to the best of them but the company (Vantek) should have better quality control. That dead box should never have gotten out the door. Other than getting a dead drive box, both seem to work as advertised.

Works as expected.

-Easy to setup. -Great quality. -Great price.

Works well Easy to put together Portable Inexpensive

Perfect fit and color match to Dell Optiplex.

Works good so far. Love the rubber case incase it drops. Like the concept of the screw less design.

So easy to use

Product was super simple to install my card into, and it worked! A different type I bought earlier did not work for my m.2 card. After spending much time trying to get something that said it would work for my card given tooth plug-in gaps and blah, blah, blah (you've probably done the same). I had wanted to upgrade my micro CPU OS m.2, but with only the one slot on my tiny board...HOW? You need one of these types of External Adapters! But, you also need the right one! DOH! So, I ordered this model and BOOM, it recognized right off the bat! (where the other was more picky.) Yeah, it cost a few bucks more that the other, but...you gotta have what works. I like having the two different port connectors, one on each end (USB 3.x/USB C).
