it works it stores data

Very smart and great for NAS machines. Huge size.

240+MiB/s sequential write speed while connected to a USB3 dock. Came very well packaged.

One of largest drives on the market. Meant for 24/7 operation. Quiet. Works well in my NAS. No errors found on drive.

The spec sheet. The packaging,,, Nice!

- Formatted cleanly and no errors on extended drive test. - Added to existing array cleanly. - Have been consistently getting 6+ years out of IronWolf drives in 24x7 RAID environment for media server.

Easy to install. Very fast with 512 cache. Works great. No noise when I use. Very nice.

Installed and mirrored two 16 TB drives for a NAS. These drives run 24/7 and used for data backup and streaming of my video collection. They are so quiet and responsive. I had previously used the same brand but lower capacity for 4 years without any failure. Those previous drives have been repurposed for desktop storage and still performing well.

Good performance for 7200 RPM drives Mostly silent operation Running 24/7 in RAID 1 without issues Good value at 350USD each (you may find a different price) CMR technology, 5-year warranty

4 pcs in a RAID 6 setup, home server, Clear OS

Working as expected.

Good bang for the buck. WD reliability is top notch.

- Got most on sale, so they were a great price. - Have all worked flawlessly for over a year.

These drives are rugged, dependable, and fast. I've been using them for years and they've never me a reason to 'complain'.

Good storage option for an unRaid server. This is my 6th 8TB Iron Wolf. I have been using these drives in my unRaid server for Plex storage. Always do a preclear and mount the drive to the array. 48TB and counting. Whenever I decide to upgrade to larger drives I will be using these drives as well.

I ordered three of these drives so far and they have worked exceptionally well on my Synology NAS (ds1823xs+). While they are being accessed, they are certainly audible, but not noisy enough to cause a problem. I have already written around 15 TBs to each drive without any issues. Two of the drives are in a raid 1 configuration for redundancy. If I ever need more capacity, I wouldn't hesitate to order two more of these.

It's very fast in a NAS System ! (D-Link DNS-323)

-Transfer rates are good - average a little over 200MB/s, drive to drive on the same LSI HBA on Unraid if it matters. -Temperature is good - average 30C in a 20C room during continuous transfer of files, about the same as a 6TB (WD6003FFBX), and about 5C lower than a 10TB (WD102KFBX). Idle temp is ~26C. This drive and comparables are in the same server/array. - Noise is relatively low, about the same as a 6TB and noticeably more quiet than the 10TB. - Cost per TB is good when on sale, very close to the largest 18-22TB rate.

Big drive with tons of space easy to connect I've used WD drives for decades at this option and they always last year's and years very reliable

Avec un garantie de 5 ans je vais pouvoir dormir sur mes deux oreilles sans soucis
