This MAIWO 2-disk unit is a marvel of ingenious packaging - the most compact 2-HDD RAID box I have ever seen. I was able to set up RAID 1 easily with a matched pair of 14 Tb disks. Positive LED indication of RAID status on the box was a plus. Moved already about 9 Tb of data to it with no issues.

The first one was not working right out of the box. Purchased this because my computer died and I needed files off the OS SSD (C:) drive. Pictures, documents, software folders, service manuals ... the usual items. Newegg bent over backwards to make things right when I sent the defective docking station back. The first one had Device Manager USB port management complaining, it wouldn't recognize the external USB device. This one (the replacement) works great, very happy with it's performance. This docking station is very fast. I was able to recover files and folders (and my service manuals) and that is the important thing. Whew!!!!!
