For the past year we have been using this once a month with a 16TB drive to replace tape drive backups of an Ubuntu server - takes less than 10 hours to write almost 4.5 TB over a USB 3.0 connection (one drive holds 3 monthly backups). No issues yet.

Nice case design, nicely manufactured and finished. Ease of assembly. Holds up to 36 TB. Name another enclosure that does that.

Works with USB 3.1 Type A and Type C ports. Extremely fast transfer rates when connected to a USB 3.1 Gen 2 port. Heat sink works well to dissipate heat from the NVMe. Very easy to assemble.

Install is pretty simple and using is as easy as any other USB device

Small footprint fit under computer table on top of my desktop.

Well documented Solid metal construction Works as expected High throughput in RAID 10

1. Small footprint; 2. Easy to use - typical plug and play; 3. USB C to USB A adapter - crucial for desktops with USB C port at the back (like mine) or laptops without USB C port(s): 4. USB 3.0 - relatively fast data transfer; 5. Nicely shaped, neutral colour, unobtrusive - very elegant design; 6. REASONABLY PRICED - a rarity these crazy days!

I ordered 2 of these drive cases to put to use a couple of WD 1Tb drives I had leftover from an upgrade. One of the two boxes worked fine, the other was DOA. I RMAed it and New Egg sent me one that works. Failures can happen to the best of them but the company (Vantek) should have better quality control. That dead box should never have gotten out the door. Other than getting a dead drive box, both seem to work as advertised.

- quality build - easy to assemble with all required screws, screw driver, and high end cable - each device can loop through to another

-Easy to setup. -Great quality. -Great price.

Easy to use. I own several of these NVMe enclosures as well as some standard SSD Orico enclosures.

Full size USB 3.0 cable is probably more reliable than USB 3.0 Micro B cable that some docks use. Lay flat design keeps the hard drives very stable. Easy to remove and insert hard drives. Does not do weird 4K sector emulation on drives over 2TB that some enclosures do. Has a USB status light that is blue when powered on and flashes red when writing. Rather faint, so definitely won't be a light pollution problem. I never had any issues with it not working right.

Works good so far. Love the rubber case incase it drops. Like the concept of the screw less design.

So easy to use

-Easy to install ( only 2 small screws and the screwdriver is provided!!!) -Fast (tested with a 2280 B+M key drive at 336 mb/s on a 1gb file transfer -Received at my door withing 3 days!!!! (ordered on the 18th in the afternoon and received the 21st early afternoon
