The U7 Pro Max works as expected. I plugged them into my network via POE, adopted them within the console, and waited for updates. No issues. FYI, real-world coverage is closer to 1000 sq ft versus 1500.

This product set up easily after you become acquainted with the software functions, and for the performance getting to know the software is well worth the time. Was a Christmas Present for a client to her grand kids, who lived across the street APX. 330 feet. Got very good signal.

i get tired of writing glowing reviews for Ubiquiti products, but here we are again......

- Good WAP overall - The range covers all my house (1 floor). - The speed is good (sufficient for me) - Plug and play - Reliable for the few moths Ive been using it

easy to adopt (if you have a controller) Handles currently 25 devices with very low incidents.

Good zone of coverage; Can be used as a VOIP phone jack (it has an FXS port); Can stand on a desk, or be mounted to a wall.

After a couple of issues adopting the device into UniFi, it replaced the old UAP with no fuss. Predictably, bandwidth over all SSID's increased and signal penetration is great. The UAP-Pro seems better at handling interference from other access points than the older model as well, which is a plus.

I was intimidated by the sophistication of the TP-Link Omada WiFi infrastructure. Instead, this unit came configured out-of-the-box as a single access point bridging its WiFi network to the wired LAN. There was no complexity and no port forwarding for external access. I used the TP-Link TL-SF1005P PoE switch to power it and the port priority feature of the switch.

Easy setup GUI is simple to use So far no issues with signal strength (placed in a central location to limit this possibility)

AP SOFTWARE CONTROLLER THAT ACTUALLY WORKS REALLY GOOD!!!!
