I purchased three cambers, 2x C920e and one C920s Pro. They are indistinguishable from one another. All of the same accessories (lens cover and cable) were included with each. The cameras installed without a problem and are operating as expected. No special software of changes required, well except for one. We turned down the resolution because they are very sharp.

I bought this camera as a remote camera to record project demonstrations. As I use it, it is much superior to my integrated laptop camera, so I use it all the time. Excellent product! I like it. Thanks

Because it's a business-oriented camera, it doesn't come with gimmicky software or problematic drivers and seems to work with every videoconferencing application we've tried Hardware shutter is a nice touch.

Update: I finally got to start using the camera for the demanding purpose for which I bought it and it worked really well with no hiccups of any kind. I am very satisfied after many weeks of use. I would buy this item again. - Original Review: I need to be able to make use of a 720p or greater webcam (so this camera suffices per its 1080p spec) and the built-in camera on my Windows 11 work computer simultaneously. I ordered this item and based on my initial inspection, it seems to do the things I need it to do and that were advertised. If I can I will update this review when I have had more experience with the camera.

This is a hugely capable camera optimize for web conferencing, but is ALSO a biometric authentication device. I've deployed these for top executives because of the image quality and sound capability, but the Hello! login from Windows is a popular "did you know you can do this?"

I think the design is perfect. can put on a tripod if you want. Picture quality so far, is more than good. I'm using win 10 photo and have no problems.

There are buttons on the back of the light that can be used to turn it on and off and have a few presets for brightness and color temperature. Software from logitech allows the brightness and color temperature to be more finely adjusted. The Litra Glow (the light) seems to save the last setting
