if you have big hands this will keep your hands from cramping like tiny mouse.

Durable. This is a replacement from one that is at least 3 years old. Smooth for my application.

-The M575 and its predecessors have been my gp-to for years, hands down the best mouse on the market for the money. Accurate and lightweight, they'll last a number of years if given decent care (I recommend one of the custom-fit zipper cases). - They shipped it so doggone fast that it arrived two days early! Now THAT is impressive!

It's the only mouse I can use without feeling pain

My wife has small hands and likes this mouse. I don't...it seems to make my hand/wrist tired where my normal Logitech mouse does not.

This mouse is very comfortable and provides lots of features for a good price. I like that I can switch between the click wheel and smooth scrolling just by pressing the button on the top of the mouse. It's a good weight for my hand and the forward and back buttons are well placed. The application switcher button is very nice too. It's similar to the Mac Expose.

Exactly what the title says, really. I needed a USB mouse with two buttons and a scroll wheel, and that's what I got. The price is pretty good, too.
