This motherboard is easy to configure compared to earlier generations. The bus speeds appear to the fantastic, supporting the Intel Core Ultra 9 285K purchased along side. The newer 1080 bios interface is a welcome upgrade. I am not using it to it's full potential yet as I really purchased it for future proofing my rig.

Allows 16x pcie 5 in main slot and 4x pcie 4 on second. Perfect if you need extra vram but dont want to sacrifice the makn gou performance or go enthusiast builds.

Obviously simple to install it make my system run nice and fast. No real issues until I try to setup XMP. But other than that It runs great and error free and the LED's are really cool. The WiFi-7 is very fast and trouble free. The ICE White color of the board is a really nice touch. The list of pro's are great and I'm starting to think I'm way behind the curve as to properly set it up. I'm used to an actual Intel C-Mos program and I find the Aorus C-Mos is quite complicated. But I really do like the board.

-As of October 2024 purchase, it came with BIOS version 3/26/2024. It recognized the Core i3 14100 processor without any issue. Didn't need to put a 12th gen Core processor in to do any BIOS update. -From the above bulletpoint, my box had a "Next Gen CPU Ready" sticker on it probably to indicate it has the updated BIOS version to support 13th and 14th gen Core processors. -Compact size and has Wi-Fi card already included. -High quality -2x ARGB 5v headers for your LED lights -Integrated video output if you don't want to add a dedicated video card. (VGA, Displayport, and HDMI)

Reasonably priced. Arrived on time. Paper manual so it was simple figuring out the connections. Booted once to BIOS and then Windows on the second boot.

- IPMI "just works". Updating BIOS + BMC firmware over IPMI web browser feels like I'm actually in the future. - IPMI event logging is clean. I've noticed one of my 8 RDIMMs is throwing a single correctable error about twice a month, so I have a task list to go in and re-seat/clean/replace it if necessary. Thanks, IPMI logging! - Great supporting list of CPU models/generations. I went with a used Milan I got for a bargain off Eb@y.
