I will say that this hard drive is very user friendly, especially considering I have never built a PC in my life, and am slowly going through upgrading the one I bought from Newegg years ago. I was able to find a YouTube video of a hard drive installation from the same company and it translated super easily to this one.

- Formatted cleanly and no errors on extended drive test. - Added to existing array cleanly. - Have been consistently getting 6+ years out of IronWolf drives in 24x7 RAID environment for media server.

Big Best bang for buck value Quiet. I've read reviews whining about noisy hard drives in NAS boxes. My NAS is currently on my desk. I can hear the drive working but they are not loud.

Works great, had a dead drive, but the three others I got were great. Trouble free replacement on the bad drive. Glad I bought from a reputable source.

Got these to increase storage size in my Synology NAS. Their list of recommended hard drives included the WD30EFRX, not the ZX, but I decided to chance it anyway and have had no problems. I swapped out a pair of 1 TB drives for a pair of these 3TB drives and the NAS server had no problems with the transfer even though it warned me these weren't "approved" drives. I've only had them for a few weeks so I can't say anything about long term reliability but so far they have done exactly what I wanted.

Had a great deal for 279/ea Black Friday. Fast, perfect set of drives so far, just wish I could have bought 4 instead of the limited 2.

Good capacity and pretty quite even under load.

- Pretty big - solid read/write that hasn't flagged even once - quiet even at max write speed - doing a fine job of replacing my last dead drive

Extra Warranty over Green and Blue drives. Passed my my pre-install tests, full surface scan, Smart check and 3 passes with PreClear Running in NAS for 1 month with no issues

Great value - $ per Tb Reputation for reliability - I've got a Barracuda that's 10+ years old and runs like a top

No Problem with these drives. Plug them in, initialize, format and you're off and running. Great 5 year warranty and high duty cycle are the draws here.

I check the warranty from website of Seagate.. totally good.. without problems. I check disc with Hard Disk Sentinel and Crystal disk.. without problems.
