Top notch performance for a spinning disk drive Built a massive 60TB array in just a couple days through USB 3.0 (that's pretty good) These don't seem to be the green drives that can corrupt RAID arrays They do power down by my RAID enclosure's instructions, but power up quickly when commanded to do so One bad drive out of five, but replaced by Newegg with a good one one

It works fine. Plug it in, transfer and backup all my pictures, video and music. Then use Plex to tap into it.

Fast and easy hookup to USB port, no external power supply needed. Good read/write speed.

Honestly for the price, I thought I'd give it a go. My system doesn't have "rgb puke" so this adds nicely to it. Doesn't interfere with the AIO pump or swapping CPU/repasting.

For the past year we have been using this once a month with a 16TB drive to replace tape drive backups of an Ubuntu server - takes less than 10 hours to write almost 4.5 TB over a USB 3.0 connection (one drive holds 3 monthly backups). No issues yet.

This is no harder to set up than a thumb drive and at a much lower price than a thumb drive of the same storage capacity. And it takes a standard micro-USB to type-A USB cord

Name Brand, only 1 drive has failed in the last 4 years out of 150-200 drives installed. Def recommend.

The 6 TB version seemed like the best balance between price, size, performance and noise / heat. This is going in a 4 bay NVR which is in a very quiet environment. So far, these drives seem much quieter than the 7200rpm version (during seek) which are being swapped out 1 at a time to allow the RAID rebuilds to catch up. Temps are 10C lower than the 7200 pro version. (37C vs. 47-49C per SMART data.)

Small but a lot of storage. Great for backups

Does what it's supposed to do. Simple Installation.

No Problem with these drives. Plug them in, initialize, format and you're off and running. Great 5 year warranty and high duty cycle are the draws here.

- Needed 36TB storage pool created from 2x18TB spanned disk array - Easy to setup and format as "one large partition" with MiniTool Partition Wizard

Works well, way quieter than a normal external drive Run pretty cool in temp too

- Bought the 22TB for my NAS Synology 923+ and works perfectly fine - Quite (Unlike I've read in some comments here - probably you got a faulty one) - Easy to install - Package was packed pretty good

plugged in, has worked for the past two weeks. No overt warnings about excessive bad sectors

Raid 10 deployment - works fine Good Price Very Quick delivery
