Exactly as advertised. Used for Xbox and performs perfectly.

For Synology NAS users, the Synology brand drives means easier adoption, less headaches and fewer notifications. The extra small pennies/gb price per GB over other enterprise drives with worth it. No need to worry about compatibility with many features of DSM 7.1

-Great if you have spare m.2 chips that you want to access. -Small footprint means you can place it almost anywhere -Useful for backing up information with its quick read/write speed

Great price.

Name Brand, only 1 drive has failed in the last 4 years out of 150-200 drives installed. Def recommend.

small footprint quiet for a spinner

easy to setup and use. work as you'd expect

Very fast. Did I mention it is fast. My CPU is fast, but this allows my CPU to not do any RAID parity calculations. Also, this has 1 GB onboard cache which does help with some file transfers. I mainly need fast sequential reads/writes with large files. Supports PCIe 3.0 and backwards compatible, which is good because Sandy Bridge CPUs do not support PCIe 3.0 :-( Future proof as these support 12 Gb/sec or excess of 1.2 GB/s if you have PCIe 3.0. My HDDs are too slow to take advantage of the speed, but it has helped in the RAID 5 though. The SSDs on it are insane.

- Comes with plastic knockout to use as dust covers for either the Slim ODD slot or the 3.5" if/when not in use. - As expected, locking plastic tabs work nicely and are easy to work with. - Came with a large variety of screws to accommodate a large number of devices. Included screws: Slim ODD M2*4, 3.5" HDD #6-32*6, FDD/'3.5" device' M3*6 (narrow pitch), 'device' (bracket itself I think) M3*6 (wide pitch). - Came with a slimline SATA to standard SATA extension/adapter cable necessary for using a slim/ultra slim ODD with a standard power supply. - Has all the screw hole options for mounting different devices. I mounted a card reader and it's nice and snug.

Small footprint fit under computer table on top of my desktop.

Works fine
