Easy to install and set-up out of the box. The installation disk is helpful, but you can set the router up without it. Port forwarding, static IP, and other similar features are laid out in easy to understand formats. I did not have to go online to find help, or read anything in order to work my way through the set up process.

Full performance for my fiber internet, ASUS app and setup is very user friendly and straight forward. Follow the quick installation and youll be up and running in very little time. Paid for 1GB of fiber internet and, for example, download speeds through the Nighthawk AC2300 was at max approximately 600MBS. Through testing and actual download speeds, Im at my full 1GB download speed. Amazing product and half the cost of trying to upgrade to a Nighthawk RS600. Netgear has great products but this got me modern WiFi 7, full performance, and at a good cost compared to other routers.

Once setup, the router is excellent, however, I had to have a computer tech friend set it up, and it had its setup and communication difficulties before final operation...I never would have been able to connect the router myself.
