Small footprint, good performance (in my testing I was able to move data at about 700megabit per second which is about the best I have seen over copper gigabit ethernet. So the switches raw throughput is definitely on par and something I am often concerned about with networking gear. It does have QOS, which while not generally much of a benefit to a home user, a business network or other network with a lot of traffic it can benefit greatly. I really like the metal case on this switch, they are far more durable than the plastic ones and they also dissipate heat better I find that particularly important as heat kills a lot of networking gear. The switch has a 5 year warranty, this is pretty rare and nice, power cable is about 5 feet long and it does come with small rubber stick on feet, as well as having some cutouts for mounting the bottom to a wall or shelf with screws.
