ran a ryzen 5 3600 with 16gb of ddr4 3600mhz out of the box. wifi works good.

Nice layout Easy bios flash Booted right away with 9800x3d PCIE 5.0 2 ssd spots with no PCIE 5.0 interference

Great performance specifically for overclocking. Additional PCIe Lanes compared to the x870 version.

Top notch gaming Motherboard Meets and exceeds all the specs for gaming and more 5 Year Warranty

Wifi price and compatibility

Went from MSI Z690 Pro to this MSI B850 and windows loaded right up. Did not have to do a clean install. I had the Windows USB boot drive installed and instead of asking me for a clean installed, it somehow downloaded what was needed and booted. Remember to have the internet connect through cable. Only problem I had was with Windows recognizing my key but Windows support helped me getting Windows acivated. All good now

This came so fast

- muted aesthetic - easy to use BIOS - built-in WiFi and Bluetooth - good I/O selection

The board itself is a very nice board. The memory that came with it was very nice memory too. The two together work.

If you're looking for all the latest, PCIe 5.0 M.2 slot, along with and x4 PCIe 4.0 and a 3rd M.2 for extra storage this motherboard has it all. Good built-in MediaTek Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.2, both rock solid and good placement of the annenna's no need for an external antenna base. BIOS seems good, A-RGB is nice to have at this price point and DDR5-6000 OC with EXPO... although my memory couldn't handle this for whatever reason not the motherboard's fault. Running this with a Ryzen 7800X3D and except for the $25 price drop after I bought this board, no regrets.

- Installed easily - Has plenty of fan connectors - Has plenty of USB ports - BIOS version that it shipped with was compatible with my 5000-series Ryzen chip out of the box - The onboard RGB looks good but may be a bit bright for some - Great price for mid-level board

-Spacious board with convenient layout. -Every header you could need in 2024 -Easy BIOS to use during setup

Pros: Easy installation from everything from the casing to the components inside. Ample room for several M2 drives and RAM. Nothing is confusing or ambiguous in the install. Great support site. Great updates on vital firmware. Very easy on the processor (if you have a pump that shows the temp).

Great board for the price. Has all the features I need. I have built several rigs. ASRock is always rock solid.

Easy to install booted up immediately with easy to follow bios settings. Board is basic but good power delivery

MSI products have always worked well for me and this motherboard is great just like the others I have used for my builds in the past.

Performance outsurpasses a moderate gamers needs The GPU quick release is clutch if you like to swap parts quickly (note: see cons) Clean look, RGBs are a nice touch Plenty of 2.0 headers, RGB headers ASUS Bios is very easy to use

more vrms than b650i USB high speed port w/dp-alt (not usb4 for 9000 series) Tons of USB Better Audio Chip Has the bios flashback as needed Apple studio monitor works with dp-alt passthrough on the usb c. Monitor, speakers, webcam, usb on back. All work! (You may need a different cable than the apple supplied one)
