So far the drives are working well, but time will tell

Best HD for for NAS... period.

4TB drives...LOTS of room

I've been told these are the most awesome drives for a NAS home server and they are heavy too Setup was very easy and worked as advertised I now have much better uploads and downloads and am completely delighted And will continue to make repurchases from new egg when I expand to a six drive Synology DSM I back up everything I own a Professional weekly website and am an independent film maker and need to back up all my films. since I live in Rural Alaska it takes 5 days from date of shipment and comes to my front door of my log cabin.

Easy to install and it was the right amount for space I needed.

20Tb capacity and on sale at a reasonable price. CMR thus suitable for virtually all workloads. Be aware the Exos drives have a higher TBW rating (data transferred per year) so in some applications this MAY matter. In mine it doesn't. Plenty of experience with this series in different capacities, thus far no complaints or issues.

these where my first 12 tb disk ever in my life ands im just starting into NAS storage

It runs quietly not much heat.

Very fast shipping arrived in 2 days Well packaged with heavy bubble wrap and sealed new Zero hours of run time when received CrystalDiskMark test looked clean Handled ~18 hours of continuous file copying without issue Excellent capacity for large storage needs

- works as expected - great for external hard drive with PS4 - large storage

Two Seagate Ironwolf Pro 22TB. Raid 1 in Asustor AS6704T NAS. Glad to have the redundancy.

Using in NAS, can keep up with my 100MB network copy. Space per price this is perfect for backups. Bought 3, no issues.

8tb hard drive that works

ordered over the holidays and received it in a couple of days

I upgraded my Synology NAS with these drives. They werent on Synologys compatible list, but I used them anyway. I trust the WD Red brand. Ive been using the Red brand for 10 years with no data loss. Only time will tell if these new drives hold up. They seem zippy. I got a great price from NewEgg, so I would definitely recommend them.

By MB, the cheapest and reliable HD in the market Will last many years of constant use

Easy to install. Very fast with 512 cache. Works great. No noise when I use. Very nice.

Large capacity Good price

- Handles at least 18TB HDD - It's seen as a SATA bridge, not USB mass storage device, therefore the ability to handle large capacity HDD - So far, very happy with it

Will do exactly what it was design for. I use 2 of these in a RAID 0 configuration in a Ugreen NAS and it works just fine.
