Motherboard was easy to install and set up on first boot. No problems at all. Don't let the 3 audio jacks fool you, the mic and headphone jacks can be used for rear and center speakers through the Realtek software.

Depending on what color you opt for they both look good although the black version was almost $200 more the white version is still impressive. Has 1 pcie 5.0 and 2 gen 4.0 for ssd slots.

It was very easy to setup, the BIOS comes with an easy mode to toggle, has a nice color and sleek design to it.

I am writing this in good faith in Asrock, NOT for rebate program. This board is a new version of X670E Taichi/Carrara, and looks like identical board to X870E Taichi (with RGB) version. Taichi Lite doesn't have a back plate, but it is electrically the same board as regular Taichi X870E, USB ports are the same, and for what I can see even BIOS is the same. So much so, it has RGB option there (in BIOS), so it looks like identical BIOS to RGB version. I bought X870E Taichi Lite because RGB version was not available, but also because it was the electrically identical board minus RGB, which is cool because I turn off RGB anyway. I am not pushing my ram into 8000mhz territory because it is a game of inches at that point, considering that you must put everything to UCLOCK/2 Asrock's RMA support seems to be very responsive, and they even implemented a feature to turn off Debug LED on X670E Taichi after I explained an importance of it. So, now X670E and X870E Taichi boards are rocking ability to turn off Debug LED once you go past the memory training phase. I can't say I am the only one, but after back and forth with Asrock's Headquarters they told me that they will implement it into the next BIOS revisions, little did I know, they implemented it towards other boards too. I can't take all the credit here, I thank Lord Above and Asrock for this :D But, what I really appreciated is the fact that I could have that back and forth with Asrock about it and get to a resolution. It was awesome and I am sure I will be buying their products further in life. Respect to you, guys! I don't need a rebate, just wanted to say thank you and keep doing great things! Your power delivery on these boards is what makes me coming back. 27 phase boards keeps your chances of coil whine super low, compared to other boards of lower phase variety.

This thing is packed with features, lots of high power consumption consideration (considering it's an OC Monster). Tons of ease and quality of life features like the EZ PCI-E Release, the M.2 quick release hold downs, and white peripherals.

Hefty in a good way. Prime NMVe slot has a slide-release toggle for the heatsink cover, and a quick-connect. Good modularity for where extra accessories can be connected. Amazing selection of USB ports, and the I/O plate is pre-installed for a cleaner look (I come from an older era)

Allows 16x pcie 5 in main slot and 4x pcie 4 on second. Perfect if you need extra vram but dont want to sacrifice the makn gou performance or go enthusiast builds.

So many pros

Tool-less M2 drives are very straightforward to use, no more wondering where the tiny screws flew off to. Easy to use BIOS. Plenty of fan and ARGB headers.

Great software looks great easy to build with

Nice small ITX motherboard with decent features.

Connectivity

No issue at all Paired with 9900X with 7900 GRE and it works like a charm I went back to AMD because of Intels problem
