It's actually ATX 3.1 and PCIE 5.0 which was an awesome surprise.

-Small footprint -Flexible sleeved like cables -Affordable

Easy to install

Fits great in a Lian Li Lancool 207 case. The 8-pin CPU power connector is long enough to reach from the bottom front of the case to the top left corner of the motherboard. Effectively silent so far because at low load it runs quieter than the case fans.

Why did I pick this? I was looking for an A tier power supply. I have had Seasonic and Corsair PSUs before. Why buy expensive parts and cheap out on a power supply? The criteria were 80 plus gold, white, and top tier manufacturer. Yes, I could have saved $80 but chose not to. Make your choice and roll the dice

1000w 80+ Gold cant beat the low $100s

Small great for mitx builds, and quiet

Easy to install Multiple connections Good PSU Cheap

this is a great psu and very easy to install since you don't have to try and contort your hands to plug in a cable

-Runs great out of the box -Cables look good -Came with cable combs for neater cable management -Silent

I have been using SeaSonic power supplies for many years in different computers and have never had one fail.
