Why did I pick this? I did not want to spend $700 on a GPU but all you little heifers bought all the cheap graphics cards and I didnt have a choice. Shame on you! Of course, by the time you are looking for your build you will probably be able to find reasonably priced GPUs. I needed a white card because I have a white build and a black card would look silly. Alas, sometimes you just got to bite the bullet and buy something over priced for your build and that is exactly what happened here. I am not a gamer. I might play an occasional game but this is overkill for my build. Evaluate your own situation and choose appropriately. So, I dont have any FPS reports or anything like that. I can only report on how the install went. The GPU went in fine. I went to the AMD web site and downloaded the latest drivers and the AMD software. It was easy and fairly automated. No issues. In a no load situation the GPU is hovering in the 30s C. Since I havent gamed I cant tell you how hot it would get.

Rackmountable, 8x 20amp battery backup outlets that are broken into two groups of four with individual circut breakers for both groups. The LCD panel is a VERY nice touch allowing you to scroll through your output wattage, input/output voltage and Hz, it also gives you a % of what your total power draw through the unit is out of the 1650w availible, tells you your battery charge % and an estimated runtime based on the current power draw, The LCD has a blackout timmer if not used (30sec aprox) usefull when you dont want that bright blue screen on. heavy duty construction and good packaging.

Drive is large enough to store large photo files. Also to consolidate multiple smaller drives.

Good price when I bought them, about $2/disc, even better now. At the current price of ~$1 per disc they're a steal. In my experience Verbatim makes high-quality media; I've never had a single problem with any of their discs.

- Hassle free 925mV/2767MHz undervolt and 83% power limit is allowing me to avoid replacing my 650 PSU - Super cool/quiet; with undervolt i cannot perceive the gpu fan noise over my existing fans. - Aside from some MSFS 2024 bugs (particularly related to VR), MSFS 2024 VR is finally thoroughly enjoyable using a mix of settings medium thru ultra.

I'm very happy with this CPU coupled with my 4080. I just did my first build and everything went smooth. The CPU was very easy to install and I'm getting very good performance. I'm easily getting 4k 60 with ray tracing on and max settings. I haven't tried any games yet that provide over 60fps but I'm sure it will do it. I also received starfield as a promotion which was nice.
