Why did I pick this? I was looking for an A tier power supply. I have had Seasonic and Corsair PSUs before. Why buy expensive parts and cheap out on a power supply? The criteria were 80 plus gold, white, and top tier manufacturer. Yes, I could have saved $80 but chose not to. Make your choice and roll the dice

Have only had it for a month but this is the best power supply. It is overkill but dont cheap out on the psu. Everything feels high quality.

This thing is a beast, especially for the cheap price (-$10 with code and -30 with rebate). 850W is a bit overkill but you're definitely getting your monies worth. Also comes with a 10 year warranty.

While gaming eating up ~100w for the CPU and ~300w for the GPU I rarely see the power supply fan spin because, presumably, it doesn't need to. That's pretty nice.

Quiet as heck... Runs my setup with ease! Modular with nice white cloth(braided?) cables Sufficient for most builds today...unless you're ultra rich and run dual 5090s lol Beautiful sleek look if you aren't doing a build where it's hidden(I was sad mine is)

this is a great psu and very easy to install since you don't have to try and contort your hands to plug in a cable

I got 2 of these 1200w PSU's as my EVGA 1000w+ PSU was finally kicking the bucket after 7 years and started giving me huge power spikes and caused blue screens and automatic power off crashes. With these new PSU's everythings so far so good. I have been using them now for about 2 weeks or so and they are powering everything as needed and I am not longer getting power lags or power spikes or crashes vs my older PSU. The big plus is that these have the new power plug requirement for the new Nvidia GPU's. If you are in need of a new PSU I highly recommend giving NZXT a shot specially at this price point before they sell out or the prices go up.

the colours on the GPU connector really help to identify if it is seating correctly, the idea is simple but it works well! The fan is inaudible most of the time. Small footprint.

2 years ago I bought a pre-built gaming computer with a RTX 3060. From the start it crashed during heavy game play. I replaced a few parts and even sent the GPU back for a replacement. Nothing fixed it and I just assumed that crashing once or twice a day was normal. Ever since upgrading with this power supply about a month ago, I've had zero crashes.
