The disk that comes with this works fine to get you connected. Windows 10 did not have drivers for this device. If you have another device connected, you can download the latest drivers. Once the setup was done, I was connected at the same speed as my wired PC. I paid for this adapter due to a dead line. It is about twice the price of some of the others offered but it's shipped local so there is no 2 week delay for shipping. The price is not bad

Works really well, drivers auto installed and was able to connect everything just fine. Haven't used the wifi part as I use a wired desktop setup but otherwise is awesome. Works better than the USB options I've used and it connected just fine. Same as any other m.2 stuff. No idea of this works with newer cnvi ports. Using on an 8th gen Intel system.
