Black and not all in your face about design. Has actually impressed me. I have been able to sustain 6MB/s download speed. I was a bit concerned with some of the reviews but after considering the alternative of going smaller with wifi adapters that don't provide decent speed I decided to close my eyes and order I have been able to download 50GB of data with 6 MB/s constant. That's equivalent to 40 Mbps which is 15 Mbps slower than wired. I attribute this to the distance between this adapter and our router and my impatience to find a better position for it. Because it is very dependent on where I place it. Not sure about speeds greater than 50Mbps but rest assured this can reach 50 Mbps speeds if its in the right place.
