clean nice finish affordable has some space

- Works out of the box on FreeBSD 11 - No issues with 4Kn drives

I have had this unit in service since January 2014 and had to replace the battery today July 2020, have not had any issues with it the entire time. Very easy to swap out the battery when time comes, just turn unit upside down, remove cover, grab two tabs and pull up, new one just drops in, unlike others that have to fight to get battery clips off of then work to get it out, from time I opened new battery and swapped around about 2 minutes total time, putting another unit on shopping list to replace smaller units

Small and works great for the modem and router and other small power use.

- Inexpensive, compared to other solutions - Includes the hardware for mounting drives and board

easy set up

I work in music recording/mixing studio environments and am extremely fussy about equipment that generates noise. I'm pleased to say that after several months of continuous use, this Li-Ion APC rack unit met and possibly exceeded expectations. When in ideal conditions, the unit is literally silent. No fan noise, no hum, no buzz. The only time noise has been observed is either when the unit is charging (due to a power failure) where very minimal self-noise is inevitable, or in an under-voltage condition (117V or under) where the internal circuitry activates in order to boost the output voltage. In comparison to APC's own legacy units (ie: 2U 750VA-1500VA lead acid monsters) which I have been using for over 15 years - they had frequent noticeable cooling fan noise, and could produce undesirable self-noise when approaching maximum load. And anecdotally, I have had one or two units fail over the years and drop the load.

- Great for the price - USB 2 and 3 front headers - 5.25" device slot, very useful to add hot swappable drives

Good product.

- Works perfect - Quiet

My+ old one died same modlue have had good service

Easy to set up and use.

Works well with RDIMM memory and an Epyc 9416 CPU that I had laying around.

I already own two 1350 models that I bought 3 years ago. One now has a bad battery, but still worked for a few minutes on blackouts. I had no hesitation in buying two more and the good old one now powers my TV/Cable setup. I thought about getting a new battery, but when these went on sale with free shipping I just snapped them up.

I can't believe this rack is only $230. It is a steal at this price PLUS you get all the extras, 50 cagenuts, casters and wire management. It is built very well and very heavy. I had no problem putting it together. I like that it's labeled for each space, looks very professional. I had no shipping issues, everything was wrapped in bubble wrap inside the box.
