Im running these in my HPE ML110 running proxmox. ZFS Performance is great, my VMs migrate between systems very quickly.

(1) Works great. Runs cool, quiet, and stable. (2) All slots are x16 mechanical and x16 electrical. (3) No BIOS update was required to get the motherboard working. (4) Received motherboard revision 1.1 with BIOS 'FA'.

The rack comes with the shelf, the fan, and the PDU (Power Delivery Unit) pictured, which is great. The 12U size gives me more than enough room with what I needed to put in there, and gives room for later additions. Item came with a broken foot, but I immediately reached out to their support team. They apologized and quickly sent out a replacement item. I received that item within less than a week (they are in Canada, I'm in the US.)
