2 years ago I bought a pre-built gaming computer with a RTX 3060. From the start it crashed during heavy game play. I replaced a few parts and even sent the GPU back for a replacement. Hello I upgraded the GPU in my partner's mini-itx gaming rig. The old GPU had only a few millimeters clearance between it's fan and the full ATX power supply. The new GPU was thicker and would not even fit into the chassis so I bought this SFX supply. Now there is plenty of space between the GPU and the power supply. The GPU barely hits 60C under stress testing. I love the zero rpm mode of this supply. Most of the time the computer is not working hard and the power supply fan doesn't even turn on. The 80 Plus Platinum efficiency probably helps here. Even when gaming the supply is quiet. The supply is fully modular and the cables are high quality. The supply comes with a cable for the new 4+12 connector. No adapter is needed which makes for a cleaner build. I used the included ATX to SFX adapter plate.
