It works as well as the original drive just much more recording capacity .

Works great in a Mid2012 MacBook Pro 13"

- Compared to stock PS4 HDD, performance was not lower based on load times, etc. Can't say if it was definitively better as I have not done any benchmark tests before switching out stock HDD and after. - Easy install and config. Problem was with something in the "Apps" directory of my PS4 back-up that would cause it to fail so that is something with the App data, not the HDD. - I was able to get this on sale and with an additional promo code to knock it down to $80. - Still functional and I use my PS4 everyday for a variety of purposes besides gaming.

Good capacity/cost ratio

This is a nice 1TB enterprise Seagate drive in a 2.5" form factor. I'm running this drive in a workstation. It came with a 5 year warranty. (Please note, this most likely will not fit in a laptop, if that is what you are seeking to do. It is much taller than a typical laptop drive.) So far, I'm very happy with it.,

Fast, Quiet and so far very reliable.

Drives are fair priced for a 1TB 2.5'' HDD. I bought two of them to add to my existing Synology DS411 Slim in Synology Hybrid Raid (like RAID5). They run 7-10 °C cooler than the other two drives in the NAS.

Used in a RAID 10 for SQL and these things are really fast and work great

Fast installation. The days of initializing and formatting is gone. With DDR4 RAM, it couldn't have taken a minute or two to transfer over 20 gig of data. It's fast and better than expected as a back-up drive with my "built-in" SSD in my new laptop (from Newegg, of coarse). Unbelievable... Now, we'll see if it can last as long as my Windows 95 Seagate (1998) laptop drive (1996 IBM lap.). But, this is unbelievable— fast and easy.
