In External CD / DVD / Blu-Ray Drives

Worked great with Win 7 and Win 8.1, speeds was inline with benchmarks and reviews... Ripped a few DVDs for test , worked, burned some Music and Movies worked like a champ... still went back to using my Internal DVD ROM (Was originally going to ditch internal and have external for once in awhile need but as I don't have alot in my case I figured instead of having external laying around just use internal.

- Easy to use, no drivers, worked out of the box on Windows- Fast

Works well for most DVD ripping but not all blu-ray. May be a blu-ray issue. Otherwise I am happy with it. It is a little noisy, which is to be expected for usb powered drives. Price was a major factor in my purchase decision.

I was very happy to see that the product description, was very accurate. I needed a player that could play various types of files, especially DVD-RAM discs. This little drive is capable of a lot of different video types. This is another item that I purchased from Newegg. That is of good quality, at a great price, and delivered in record time for the least costly shipping rate. :-)
