Great CPU so far hasn't missed a beat, OC'd to 5Ghz at 1.35volts no prolem. Ran Cinebench over 20 times to stress all cores and get a good average multithreaded score of 1620. Same as I've been seeing on forums that clock to 5Ghz and run decent ram (ram speed doesn't effect this cpu as much as zen architectured AMD)

For starters, coming from a single-core socket 939 AMD build makes this a very exciting heart for my current rig. It runs quite fast and handles anything I can think of to throw at it with no complaints -- and I haven't even attempted an overclock. Quad core with eight threads means it has plenty of oomph, but it may not be much of a deal to those of you already on an i5 or i7 setup. I won't list the packaged heatsink and cooler as a con, as I have not even tried them. They may be adequate for your build, depending on what you are aiming for.

The CPU mounted easily, and ran well first time out of the box.

Many it’s fast plays every thing I throw at it I have seen on here some complaints about temp don’t be cheap order the tower factory intel fan about 35 bucks and don’t go cheap on video card get at least a 1060 a 1050 isn’t a gamer card I’m about to buy another 7700k why change from something that does it all when paired with the correct components. Buying a higher end chip needs higher end connect parts.

i ordered this product to keep the price down on a new pc build for my client, this cpu is way more than they needed to do the job that they wanted, worked perfectly, over all cost for this pc was around $500.00 and he was very happy with the end results.

Doesn't break a sweat with any game (like BF3 on ultra or mmos) No bent pins

(1) It works. (2) It is faster than my TR 1950X. (3) It is faster than my R9 7950X at multi-threaded tasks. (4) It can run WinUAE in real-time without the need for JIT.
