- The best gaming CPU on the market as of this writing - Very efficient when comparing performance vs power relative to other CPU's on the market, especially Intel CPU's
Fast base clocks, reasonable price
Giant L3 Cache AM5 Socket means more futureproofing
Good power!
It's fast Works on older AM4 platforms IPC performance finally good enough to rival Intel
Was cheaper than the 7800x3d at the time of purchase
Fast, easy to cool, good value
-Best gaming processor in the world when properly set up.
Worth upgrade over the 10900K that I replaced this with. Noticeable increase in FPS across the games that I play as well as productivity apps that I use
Easy install fast speeds not power hungry great price cool efficient
- A lot faster than my previous cpu (i5 7600k) - was pretty easy to install - Saw a great boost of performance in games and in general use
-Fast -Great OC capability -Great synergy with AMD products
-Super fast destroying even 16 core cpus like nothing -runs fairly cool especially with the rep the ryzen 9 cpus have been getting from this generation. -windows is snappy and i mean very very snappy like when you click something it opens immediately. -single core is insane reaching an eye watering 5.5ghz on single core which is reflected in gaming.
I know its not for gaming but boy it downloads fast, and has the ability to do anything k need in a snappy manner.
Right out the box, paired this with msi rtx 3060ti, Msi pro b660m-a wifi ddr4 mobo, works really well, no need to update bios, pretty fast cpu for gaming and good for the price, running Elden Ring max settings with no issues.
The unit I received tested at the 100th percentile on userbenchmark.com , meaning the top 1% of all 3700x units. I guess I won the silicon lottery? Im happy with my purchase, other than it went on sale on another site a few weeks later for -$50 than I paid. But I guess thats the way computers work.
-Loads of P-cores and E-cores -High clock speeds -Plays any video game or task I throw at it like its nothing. Chews it up and spits it out
The produce is pretty good, 14700: with a 20 cores, did beat Ryzen 9 7950X without X3D. Pretty good...good enough for games!
Excellent price and was a huge upgrade from Ryzen 2600 I had meanwhile using the same wattage.
It can run most games 1080p maxed out, so for the resolution you don't need to upgrade unless you want >60 fps at all times. The included cooler is enough for stock usage which is a nice bonus.
