Bought this to update an older Fractal Node 202 build. I like these small size cases that can hold modern hardware. With pretty much everything you need integrated on modern motherboards, most people don't need anything bigger than ITX. -Much better design and layout over the Fractal Node 202 -PCIe 4.0 riser (node 202 only has a PCIe 3.0 riser which causes issues) -Can fit a 70mm tall cooler -Excellent ventilation and cooling features -Three fan 6700xt fits no problem -Much better card compatibility than the Node 202. The Node 202 didn't like cooler taller than two slots. -Easy to build in. Much much easier to build in than the node 202. A lot of things in the 202 have to be done in a specific order, but this case is just easier and better designed. For example, the side panels slide off on the Ridge like a traditional case. On the node 202, there is this crazy (but clever in its own way) clam shell design with several screws and a ton of clips to undo to get the panels off. -Really nice fit a finish typical of Fractal. I like that it comes with two fans. I adjusted the fan curve in my BIOS to have them max out at 50% at most, so the build is nice a quiet. -Can swap the optional vertical stand from the top to the bottom if you want by swapping the panels. I keep mine vertical but horizontal is optional too. -I am leaving a lot of small things out, but much better than the node 202 all around -can fit up to SFX-L sized power supplies

My last few homelab systems have been recycled, rack-mounted enterprise hardware, including drive shelves and proprietary motherboards and all that good stuff. Lately I've wanted to simplify everything into a single tower and use more commodity hardware including AIO liquid coolers. When I read about the "Storage Layout" of the new Meshify 2 (XL) I thought it would be a perfect fit for an off-the-shelf (E)ATX board and a bunch of hard drives and other peripherals. The only other disclaimer I'll give is that I've hardly built any custom systems over the past six or seven years, so it's nearly impossible for me to compare this enclosure to similar products in today's marketplace. I recently moved my Z87 build out of an Antec Mini P180 (c. 2009) if that gives you any idea. Over the past few months I've built systems in a CoolerMaster HAF XB, a Fractal Design Meshify 2, and now a Meshify 2 XL. - Outstanding build quality and ease of assembly. You'll love working in this case. There's a lot to appreciate. - The integrated fan hub is great! I've never truly understood the purpose of these—since most motherboards already have so many fan headers—but it greatly simplifies cable management, it keeps a lot of cables out of the main compartment, and it's hard to argue with the results. It's made a believer out of me. - The front bracket can actually accommodate a 140mm fan plus three 120mm fans. This is great news for anyone trying to maximize airflow over 14+ 3.5" HDDs! - I was able to mount a molex-powered SAS2x24 expander card to the plastic trim piece on the back—perfectly insulated and conveniently placed. Unfortunately, I had to remove one of the two drive cages to make some room, but I think it's worth the tradeoff over having to run 14+ individual SATA cables.

Very easy to setup and they look great . Once theyre in you download lian li connect and you can customize the speed and rgb . They all daisy chain and connect to each other I would recommend these to anyone they make my pc look high tech !

Fantastic cable management facilities included. Included fans are quiet to the point that the sound you hear is simply the air moving through. Ample customization. Hide-away spots for SSD's behind the motherboard tray. Removable HDD drive trays to open up room in the front. Absolutely cavernous space for liquid cooling and radiators. Provided dust covers to keep the interior clean. Accessories toolbox provided with the case is perfectly organized.

-Amazing airflow! My brother's old FX-8350 system I built him actually saw solid performance improvements from moving into this case from an old Cooler Master Elite with only one exhaust fan. -5 inch drives are nice for users of legacy drives. -Decent options for cable management, optional SSD mount behind the power supply bay is a superb idea.

System build: 9950X3D on Asrock Taichi MB with 192GB DDR7 6000, MSI Shadow 5080GPU, Arctic Deep Freeze 360mm cooler powered by MSI MPG A1000G. Big CPUs/GPUs need lots of air volume, flow, and cooling, and this ATX case is one of the best that I've seen, w/4x140mm ARGB relatively low Db fans. The case is quite well built, attractive, solid, easy access to everything. The case wiring is relaxed and is easy to bundle and hide within the case wiring channel. Easy to wrap wires around, lovely design. Started with the M2 Hard drive and CPU into the motherboard then installed the board, then the cooler, then the RAM then the SD drives--took less than 3 hours to fit and finish it--thought it would have been much harder. The large size and the cool space in the back made the final product look sleek.

When the panels are removed, this case is wide open and a piece of cake to install PS, MoBo, drives and cards. Cooling is not an issue, and it's deep enough to accept a full tower cooler, or a "C" style cooler, (C 140 from Noctua). I did not use an AIO liquid cooler, so you'll have to do your own homework on that.

Love the rgb how easy cable management is, the material looks amazing quality and detailed, presets for rgs are pretty nice. I was using asus aura MOB but this take over .
