Upgraded my CPU to a 9950x3d and traded in my 9800x3d as part of the purchase. They gave me a fair price for my trade in considering what it would cost me to sell the CPU separately and the aggravation I would have had to go through during that process. After purchase they sent me a prepaid postage to send in the 9800x3d and refunded the appropriate refund in 48 hrs. I know they state the refund could take longer but that is when I received the refund.

Cables and quality

-Supports mirrored raid. -Lot of applets to sync with cloud storage. -Web UI is easy to use. -Set it and forget it. Mostly. -Supports multiple users. -Has a fan to keep drives within safe operating temps.

With prices of RAM modules these days, I wanted to secure some. I am glad there were some available at this price point.

- ONBOARD DIAGNOSTIC LED/DISPLAY - VERY WELL LABELED COMPONENT SLOTS/HEADERS - BUILT IN I/O SHIELD - BIOS UI EASY TO USE

- Good Price. - TLC NAND - 2MM Hours MTBF - 5 Year Warranty - Easy Install (Required Pre-formatting to MBR in an external enclosure) - High Capacity

When it comes to data storage, no one does it like WD, I've been a consumer of theirs for over 12 years, and in that time only one drive has failed me. This one is quick and large.

Fast, all games top notch, and new games fun to play in very realistic ways. Very cool!

Works fine, new computer has 1 HDMI and 3 Display port so I guess that is where things are going. Could only hook up my main monitor. I also use a TV as a 2nd display sometimes so jumped online, went to Newegg and the cable came 3 days later. Works fine.

Charge multiple devices

One of the only solutions for a Ryzen AM5 motherboard with remote management, ECC memory support, and 10G ethernet. I've run the AM4 version of this ASRock Rack board for years without any issues whatsoever.

It's a big battery. A big, HEAVY battery. 75 pounds. I tipped the UPS guy for having to lug it from his truck. Is it being heavy a pro or con? It's not really a pro, but I don't know how you'd avoid it, so it's not really a con. Why can't they make batteries out of Aerogel? Have only had it a few weeks. Have gone through one power outage and it performed as advertised. I guess I was drawing less current than I thought, because the runtime looks to be longer than I thought (based on how fast the battery was draining).

It was easy to follow the design instructions.

Works as intended

Solid performance
