Works very well. I love the little button for switching back forth. Using it with a BENQ 24" flat panel to switch between my (home) Linux machine, and my work Laptop (windoze) using a port replicator. Display has not problems, switches bank and forth in about a second or two... the usb recognition on Windoze makes all those silly noises... and Windoze can be slow to recognize the switch as the USB level. Overall, this product is well worth the $$.
