They sound great! However after about 3-4 hours of gaming they do start to hurt the ears due to not enough material on the pads

Build quality is excellent. Took a little trial and error to get adjusted but very comfortable now! Easy initial setup. Software is very easy to use. EQ settings were more robust than my previous headset and I suspect likely the same for most modern headsets. Switching between dongle / bluetooth is very easy if I want audio from my computer vs my phone.

Best headphone purchase I've ever made! They work great, love having a mute button near the top, fix your sound with the little button to game or chat. I didn't know they glowed, that was a huge surprise.

* Literally comfortable all day, I play games all day and work from home in-between. * Occasional headaches around my temples, few times a month, removing the headset for 30 minutes is usually all i need * Spare parts can be purchased to keep your headset going strong * Bought the original Cloud so many years ago and wore it to death, loved it and bought the Cloud II. Posting this review 2y 3m later and my opinion on the comfort has not changed. * I've been told many times the microphone quality sounds great in games, discord, slack and web-calls.
